This Notice & Disclaimer (“Agreement” sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your entry and presence at Rascals located at 8 360 Springbank drive, London. By entering Rascals, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Age Restriction:

You affirm and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in Ontario, Canada, which is 19 years or older You understand that alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals who meet this age requirement. Staff member will verify the date of birth on an Ontario approved ID to confirm age.

Responsible Drinking:

You agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You understand the importance of appointing a designated driver or utilizing alternative transportation options when consuming alcohol.

Smoking Rules:

Smoking cigarette, Vapes, Cannabis is strictly prohibited inside and outdoor patio as well. The Shisha lounge is dedicated for only Shisha. Smoking Shisha is strictly prohibited inside. Smoking cigarettes and vales are allowed in dedicated smoking zone only. Consuming cannabis or any other illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will be fine and removed from the premises immediately.

Cover Charge (Club Night):

You acknowledge and agree to pay a cover charge of 10 CAD per head for entry into Rascals. This charge is subject to change at the discretion of Rascals and may be adjusted without prior notice.

Property Damage:

You accept full responsibility for any damage caused to the property of Rascals during your presence on the premises. You agree to compensate for such damage in accordance with the property damage charges policy established by Rascals. The policy is subject to change at the discretion of Rascals.

Prohibition of Drinking in Parking Lot:

You agree not to consume alcoholic beverages in the parking lot of Rascals, in accordance with Ontario regulations and Rascals policies. Rascals reserves the right to take appropriate action if this policy is violated.

Loud Music, Lasers, and Light Show:

You acknowledge that Rascals features a dynamic environment that may include loud music, lasers, and a vibrant light show. You understand and accept that Rascals Bar may modify or adjust these elements without prior notice.

Plastic Cup Rule on Dance Floor:

You understand and agree to abide by the plastic cup rule on the dance floor at Rascals Bar, which requires the use of plastic cups for safety and cleanliness purposes. Rascals reserves the right to enforce this rule and may modify or update it as deemed necessary.

Intoxicated Patrons:

You acknowledge that if you are visibly intoxicated while on the premises of Rascals , you may be asked to leave in order to maintain a safe environment for all patrons. Failure to comply may result in the involvement of local law enforcement.

Rascals Designated Driver Program:

You acknowledge and support Rascals promotion of the Rascals Designated Driver Program, which encourages patrons to arrange for a sober driver within their group. Rascals and its servers may provide information and assistance regarding this program, subject to any changes or updates made by Rascals in the future.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rascals and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding your entry and presence at Rascals. This Agreement is subject to change, modification, or termination at the sole discretion of Rascals, with or without notice.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from entering Rascals
